As Australia’s largest life science conference, AusBiotech unites and engages Australian and international biotech leaders and stakeholders; providing an opportunity to exchange ideas on a range of topics to further advance the sector’s standing both nationally and globally.
Participating businesses will gain access to the latest research to ignite a fresh perspective and facilitate new opportunities for biotech; and through keynotes, expert panel discussions and Q&A sessions, will gain the latest insights and trends from the AusBiotech global network.
Support provided by the Government of South Australia
The Department for Trade and Investment (DTI) will lead a delegation to AusBiotech 2021 and facilitate a business seminar where South Australian companies will have the opportunity to promote their capabilities to both the domestic and international markets.
Where applicable, South Australian businesses wishing to participate in this business mission may be required to cover their own travel expenses and/or other expenses.
A DTI Business Development Manager (BDM) will also virtually attend AusBiotech in 2021, to support South Australian businesses attending the conference, with a focus on pharma, biotech and clinical trials.
The BDM will schedule partnering meetings with potential stakeholders looking to establish operations in South Australia or partner with contract South Australian companies; as well as attend networking events to maximise their opportunities for meeting new contacts. They will also attend relevant sessions to keep abreast with industry and identify other potential stakeholders.
